BT V10043 FW change log 220916

For upgrading the BT firmware in AT-D578UVPRO/AT-D578UVIII PRO,  AT-D578UV PLUS/AT-D578UVIII PLUS radio.
Allows the radio to work with the new BT01 bluetooth microphone. 

Remarks: Some D578UV radios come with bluetooth module FW 19043, it is equal to 10043£¬no need to make the upgrade.
